An Asian war has been started on Twitter, Thais fight against Chinese netizens for the former recognizing Taiwan is an independent country, they use #nnevvy as a hashtag on Twitter and has reached 2 million posts at the peak, somehow Taiwan got a friend Thailand suddenly, one thing we have learnt is that Thais have outstanding sense of humour against Chinese netizens.
The dispute was about a Thai idol’s girlfriend who wore a dress and disagreed the idol had said the dress was Chinese style, the girlfriend replied the dress had bought from Taiwan as Taiwanese style, then Chinese netizens exploded! As I saw, the first reaction Taiwanese netizens have was “Huh? What? For this reason?”, it’s so funny that Thais made tons of memes and totally surpassed China in this cyber war.
It seems this cyber war is not enough, Chinese netizens started another battlefield – Vietnam, Vietnamese people are not as humour as Thais, they used intense words insulted against China, again, China got a defeat.
The argument of crowdfunding is still carrying on, that’s why I don’t want to be a famous one, once you have influence, trolls would say you just want to get more exposure in the press, but if you keep quite, they would say you are a coward. But the team of crowdfunding humbly accepted lots of opinions, concrete opinions can improve the society, not a troll.
I already forgot to write these journals in Chinese over 4 times, it’s always written in English first, then translate or re-write to Chinese, I still can’t switch my brain between EN & CH in a agile manner.
